Recipe for Success

Members Need a Call

A recent study shows that your members might be just a phone call or two away from getting back into your club. The study, conducted by Stanford University, showed that people who received one phone call about every three weeks exercised more than those who did not. more

Just Say No To Bullies

A recent study found that obese kids are more likely to be bullied than thin kids, regardless of their gender, race, socioeconomic status, social skills or academic achievement. And past studies found that obese kids who are bullied are more susceptible to depression, anxiety and loneliness. That’s really sad, especially since it’s mostly preventable. more
